Things Needed?

📦 Parts Supplied

▶️4 x Support Legs (pre-assembled into 2 ‘A’ frames)
▶️2 x Struts (Braces)
▶️2 x Square Tube Cross Bars (pre-strung)
▶️4 x Tube Connectors (pre-fitted on Square Bars)
▶️3 x Round Tube Cross Bars (2 x Green 🟢, 1 x Red 🔴)
▶️All necessary M5 and M6 bolts and nuts (pre-installed in parts)

Instructions

Step 1: Assemble the Main Frame on the Floor

Lay the two pre-assembled ‘A’ frames on a flat surface. Attach the three Round Cross Bars to one of the ‘A’ frames, matching the colours (🟢 and 🔴) on the bars to the markings on the Inner and Outer Legs. Screw the bolts in just a few turns. Now, attach the second ‘A’ frame to the other end of the cross bars. ⚠️ IMPORTANT: Do not fully tighten any bolts yet. Keep all connections loose.

Step 2: Attach the Top Square Cross Bars

While the rack is still on the floor, take a Square Cross Bar and insert its Tube Connectors into the open tubes at the top of the legs on one side. Repeat with the second Square Cross Bar on the other side. The entire rack should now be connected but still loose.

Step 3: Stand Up and Systematically Tighten the Frame

🧍 Carefully stand the drying rack upright. It will feel wobbly. Using your M5 Allen Key, move around the frame tightening each of the round bar bolts (M5x12mm and M5x35mm) a few turns at a time. Continue moving from bolt to bolt to pull the frame together evenly until it feels solid and rigid. 💪

Step 4: Perform the Final Tightening

As the very last assembly step, use your M6 Allen Key to firmly tighten the four M6 bolts located on the Tube Connectors at the top of the frame. This locks everything securely in place. 🎉 Assembly is now complete! 🎉

Step 5: How to Use – Tension the Drying Lines

Unfold the rack to its widest position. To make the lines taut, insert one Strut into a top corner slot. Then, insert a second Strut into the opposite corner on the same bar. This will create the tension. Repeat on the other side. ✅

Step 6: How to Store – Fold the Rack Away

To store the rack, press down gently 👇 on a top corner to release tension and pop out the Strut. Repeat for all four corners. Place the struts on the lines and fold the ‘A’ frames together for compact storage. 🏡
